With patient's needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific Practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
The NHS has asked GP surgeries to inform residents and holidaymakers that they should go online or phone NHS111 first if they need urgent care and to contact their own GP Practice that they are registered with if they need to see/speak with a GP.
Your own GP has access to your full medical record and will be able to consult with you by phone or video.
If you are away from home your own GP may also be able to arrange for a prescription to be sent to a Pharmacy nearby.
Taking these actions will help local NHS services to cope in difficult times.
Please support your NHS.
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
All patients at Cape Cornwall have a "named GP". This Doctor has responsibility for your care at the Surgery, although you are able to see which ever GP you prefer. Patients are able to contact the Surgery and ask who their acccountable GP is. If you have a preference we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
We are situated in St Just, between the Fire Station and the Library, adjacent to the free car park. The Surgery has suitable access and facilities for disabled patients. Contact us for more information.
GP Online Services
You can now order repeat prescriptions and book appointments online. To register for online services visit The Waiting Room website at www.thewaiting-room.net or by clicking on the icon. Once you have registered you will need to bring photo ID and proof of address in to the Surgery so that a log in code can be generated for you.
